How to create a slideshow with PowerPoint

With Microsoft PowerPoint, you can quickly create an engaging slide show. PowerPoint even offers basic image processing functions for this.

You don't need any special software to create an attractive slide show. Because MicrosoftPowerpoint has everything you need for a convincing slide show on board. In addition, MicrosoftPowerpoint even has simple image editing functions ready. Using the example of Powerpoint 2003, which most users should still use, we will show you how to create a slide show.

Preparation for a slide show with PowerPoint: Go to Insert / Graphics / New Photo Album in PowerPoint (in PowerPoint 2007, Photo Album is directly under Insert). Click the File / Disk button below “Insert image from” and navigate to the folder that contains the images. To select all images, press Ctrl + A. If you want to make a selection instead, press and hold the Ctrl key and click on the images to be used individually.

You can recognize which are marked by the dark blue frame (see lead picture for this article). Once the selection is made, click the Insert button. If there are a large number of images, the process can take a few minutes.
