8. Contests / raffles

If competitions or raffles (hereinafter: "competitions") are organized on the Legal Tribune Online website or on the Facebook page of the Legal Tribune Online, the following conditions of participation apply: All persons over the age of 18 are eligible, except employees of Wolters Kluwer Germany GmbH and their relatives, they are excluded from participation. By participating in the respective competition, you are not entering into any obligation. If the competition is organized on the Legal Tribune Online Facebook page, participation takes place by clicking on the "Like" button or by adding a "comment" under the competition posting in the respective participation period. A cash payment of the profit is not possible. If a winner does not report back within seven calendar days after the announcement by means of a private Facebook message or an email, the entitlement to the prize expires. The entitlement to the prize also lapses if the winner submits incorrect personal details or incorrect data. A substitute winner will not be determined. The judges' decision is final.
