Our guarantee of quality

At tomtoc, we attach great importance to the quality and durability of our products, which protect your electronics and accessories. We are very precise in our quality controls. This guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship in purchased products, provided that the products were only used for the purpose intended by tomtoc. There is no guarantee for damage and defects caused by improper or improper use. This guarantee does not cover damage to products that have been used with tomtoc products.

Shipping

Please request the return and reimbursement via our return center and follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Please make sure that your repair number is clearly legible on the outside of the package so that we can more easily identify your return. We recommend inexpensive insured shipping with tracking. Tomtoc is not responsible for lost returns.

Period of warranty claim

All tomtoc products purchased through authorized dealers are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, which covers defects in material and workmanship.

You can extend your warranty by one year by registering your product on tomtoc.com.

Scope of the guarantee

The guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship regardless of the date of production. Should the product show defects during the guarantee period as a result of a material or manufacturing defect, we will either repair it free of charge at our discretion or replace it with a defect-free product.

Any damage that occurs during the specified guarantee period through everyday and appropriate use and that restricts the functionality of the product is also covered by the guarantee.

Limitation of the scope of the guarantee

The following damages are not covered by the guarantee:

Damage caused by improper use or accidents are excluded from the guarantee.

Damage or defects that occurred during maintenance and care as a result of disregarding the maintenance and care instructions are excluded from the guarantee. Tomtoc products are not machine washable. Damage caused by using washing machines and dryers to clean tomtoc products is not covered by the guarantee. We recommend cleaning the products with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Tomtoc is not responsible for normal wear and tear caused by everyday and appropriate use as well as color changes, pressure points and material fatigue resulting from natural aging, provided these do not restrict functionality.

Accidental damage, including tears and cuts in the tissue, cosmetic defects and bite or scratch marks caused by animals as well as damage caused by misuse by third parties (e.g. airlines) are not covered by this guarantee.

Please write an email to our customer service ([email protected]) with the details of your order and a description of the problem. A picture of the damage helps us a lot and we can help you faster. We will get back to you within 24 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
